The Corporate Advertising Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Direct Doctors Representative. The Direct Doctors Representative (Customer Service Rep) provides accurate and efficient Physician Referral services for UHS acute care hospitals including, but not limited to: providing general information, class registration, and client assistance; and facilitating appointments with physicians that will in turn generate revenue for the hospitals. Practices the standards of the UHS Service Excellence program in all job related functions. The hours for this position are 11:30 am-8pm.
Key Responsibilities include:
Upholds the standards of the UHS Service Excellence program. Meets performance targets for accuracy, speed, efficiency and call handling. Maintains confidentiality of all interactions.
Maintains accurate records within a shared database.
Processes inbound Physician Referral Calls. Assists callers by helping to match them with doctors and facilitates scheduling appointments.
Processes inbound calls for registration in hospital seminars, screenings and education classes.
Processes digital requests for physician referrals.
Interacts appropriately with physician's office staff.
Collects and accurately documents caller demographics.
Contributes to team goals and achieves individual goals.
