Focused on managing our client's global MRO Services. Responsibilities include managing data and spend analytics using SAP and databases to improve storeroom operations. This includes the optimization of required parts based on categories and lead times to ensure zero stock outs for production and facility operations. The position also oversees and provides direction to existing team members in support of negotiations, contract management, understanding of MRO, Spare parts and consumables, etc. This position is responsible to drive toward world class MRO storeroom operations, MRO program rollout, developing and executing innovation ideas, managing MRO and Consumable contracts, internal customer and stakeholder management and project management.
Optimize supplier relationships while maximizing value and ensuring uninterrupted product supply. Plans and implements the short and long-term strategies for supplier management programs. Responsible for the development of supplier relations required for supplier programs. Ensures continuity and compliance with current supplier program objectives. Responsible for utilizing existing enablers while driving for innovation and new tools to create best total value (TCO) for goods, services required within all areas of spend, including but not limited to MRO, Spare Parts and consumable items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This section contains a list of primary responsibilities of this role that account for the primary work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. 1. Provide input to senior management and develop the supplier management programs necessary to provide for continuous improvement in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across the supplier community, including price/cost analysis principles. 2. Coaches direct reports and/or provides direction to team using general policies and management guidance related to the tasks and projects. 3, Excellent understanding of the MRO category from data and spend analytics, MRO sourcing, contract negotiations while driving sustainable and impactful solutions to drive optimal financial gains. 4. Understanding of MRO Market, sourcing, contracting, executing strategies to mitigate supply risk and guarantee business continuity. 5. Support the implementation strategy for the Supplier Quality Standard. 6. Develop and manage supplier performance reports consistent with agreed requirements to insure consistency with quality, service and delivery objectives. 7. Provide input on all aspects of the supplier cost reduction and procurement development programs. 8. Develop, and educate the suppliers to the performance measurements and principles of continuous improvement consistent with Quality and Leadership principles. 9. Develop strong, ethical relationships with World Class suppliers and ensure that activities surrounding dealing with suppliers are conducted under the auspices of good business practices and consistent with the Client and company Ethics. 10. Develops policies and procedures as part of MRO team to support operational efficiencies and maintain state-of-the-art activities, both tactical and strategic. 11. Negotiates contracts, master service agreements, pricing/supply agreement, supplier managed inventory (consignment) and total cost agreements within dollar responsibility range and for presentation/ signature at senior level.

Able to work in a matrix business environment and interface with multiple levels of management, including senior management at both procurement, MRO and business unit levels.
