We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Manager Business Cards .
Manage the assigned products set for Hong Kong and ensure plans are on track
Manage the delivery of technology investment and ensure return on investment results reconcile to business case.
Liaise with operations in process design related to the assigned product
Execute commercialization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximise utilisation.
Produce tools and collateral to facilitate the commercialisation or familiarisation of assigned products
Deliver sustainable expense savings and expedite revenue realization by working with Operations and Client Management to improve solution fulfillment process efficiency or outsource non core functions.
Manage the vendor or non-bank alliance relationship required to drive the product proposition in Hong Kong
Provide insight on local customer needs, emerging market trends, infrastructure development, competitors move and the regulatory environment related to the assigned product suite.
Support Sales teams on solutioning of complex deals, oversee the implementation of such deals, particularly those involve customer specific enhancements.
Work experience in banking, preferably in cash management, or market client facing banking functions
Proven experience in product management, technology and operations, process improvements or project management disciplines.
Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable.
Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English is expected.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
