Advertised Job Summary:
Supporting the director of community engagement and service-learning and in coordination with the offices of Community Engagement, Undergraduate Studies, USC Connect, the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) and the Leadership and Service Center (LSC), the associate director of community engagement and service learning provides leadership and support for improving the structure and capacity for community engagement and service-learning across the university.
The successful candidate must have: Strong project management skills and an orientation for process; Excellent auditory, verbal, written and oral communication skills; Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality, independent initiative and judgement; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; and, Proficiency in the manipulation and reporting of data (from commonly used data sources).
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in related field and 5 years related experience, or bachelor's degree in related field and 7 years related experience.
