Job Title: Change Management Manager - Fund Administration Location: Luxembourg, Findel Office Department Overview The Change Manager specialist focuses on maximizing an organization's human capital resources and assisting them to facilitate change. The change manager works on a person-to-person basis with the employees initiating the project, helping to minimize workers' resistance and maximize their engagement with the new structures. The major task is to improve worker uptake of the changes, leading to more proficiency and better business results. Basically, this job is all about efficient communication at all levels.
Assess the change impact.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Coordinate project implementation/transition for Fund Administration Teams (covering Fund Accounting, Financial and Regulatory report, Fund Accounting on boarding).
Work closely and support FA team to implement new process/software Fund Administration area
Support communication efforts. (Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.)
Attend regulars meetings with the relevant Divisional Managers, Section Managers and Team Leaders.
Sponsoring changes within the teams.
Understanding of the fund business workflow with various actors (Custody, TA, Portfolio Managers,...).
Support training efforts Qualifications and skills required:
The ideal candidate will be educated to third level in a relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance, economics or similar).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a role in the investment Fund Industry is required.
Very good knowledge of general Accounting rules and principles.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in Investment Fund law and Fund Accounting.
Ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines.
Good written and spoken communication abilities.
Having problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Being organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Champion cooperation and partnership with colleagues and clients, while able to complete tasks independently.
Fluent in English and in French.
