Wealth Management Data Quality and Governance is part of Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Division. The organization's responsibility is to ensure that we use the highest quality data when servicing our clients and improve the user experience.
A key member of a team that is responsible for the governance of wealth management data including: definitions, metadata, data quality, and publishing
Coordinate a panel of experts to ensure that data is defined and sourced correctly including data domain experts, AI, Technology, and end users to achieve consistency in data to improve the Financial Advisor's user experience
Hands on editorial responsibilities working with data domain experts to refine, edit, and write data definitions, and publish to our data glossary (Collibra)
Periodically reviews existing glossary content, load new content, obtains proper approval and sign-off of content
Establish analytics to assess the value of the content created
Bachelor's degree with strong academic record required
3+ years' experience working on a fast-paced knowledge management content creation, technical documentation, or online publishing
Prior financial industry experience strongly preferred
Solid large project management skills to ensure that all deliverables meet requirements and delivered on time
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Proven experience developing successful partnerships with both Technology and Business stakeholders
Strong listening skills and verbal/written communication with ability to tailor message
