Market Management is a strategic and critical component of Product Management to enhance and broaden the horizontal value TTS products bring to targeted clients while enabling incremental or sustainable revenue streams.
The Market Manager role, is a leadership opportunity to lead and drive the Horizontal TTS value proposition across Cash, Liquidity & Trade and focused on Themed Packages & Commercialization. This role will be responsible for following key functional areas:
Anticipate and identify emerging client needs in the TTS space, driven changes in regulations, tax, competitive landscape or macro-economic environment
Drive, Commercialize and Enhance TTS product solution packages, in close collaboration with product, sales & coverage partners.
Voice client needs with product partners to influence TTS product / infrastructure development roadmap
Portfolio analysis of data with the objective to improve target & segmentation to capture new business, or manage attrition across Asia Pacific Markets
Increase commercialization & distribution of content through the TTS APAC Content Portal in collaboration with TTS teams & Coverage
Enable sustainable and relevant competitive analysis to externalize the TTS Value proposition in close partnership with Product, Sales & Coverage
This position is expected to have following ongoing responsibilities:
Close collaboration with Cash, Liquidity & Trade product partners and working closely with TTS sales & coverage partners to broaden the TTS value proposition
Identify initiatives for development and enhancements, gain agreement from stakeholders
Create project plan, scope, roadmap and manage execution within defined timelines
Drive revenue initiatives to completion
Support commercialization of new and existing products through themed packages
Use of Data analytics and machine learning to enable deals origination or manage business attrition; and more targeted client segmentation
Sustainable and relevant Competitive analysis
A good understanding of corporate treasury behaviors for Large Corporates
8 - 10 years prior product development, market management or corporate sales experience in transaction banking or coverage.
Good analytical skills, proficient with common data tools, market sizing, analyzing facts, and developing growth strategy
Fundamental understanding of corporate 's cash management, and treasury needs
Experience in managing revenue initiatives in a large and complex organization
Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple locations and cultures
Persuasion skill is crucial (customers and internal stakeholders at a senior level), strong interpersonal, advance communication in English (oral and written)
