We're looking for a Lending & AI Productivity Manager to join our world-class team Senior resource will report directly to the Global Head, Lending Management & Digital Transformation, working closely with Independent Risk, Technology, Risk Architecture and regional / country businesses. This role will provide leadership and management of the Commercial Bank's lending productivity and processes, including business leadership for CLM Scorecards across 21 countries; the development and implementation of Cognitive Automation (artificial intelligence) capabilities will be the core element of this role. Will work with key stakeholders to create and manage a reliable and predictable lending process, aligned to the Common Operating Model, that will improve end-to-end turnaround times and improve client experience.

On a daily basis, this role will be responsible for the following:
Direct and manage the daily activities of CCB Cognitive Automation implementations, particularly Artificial Intelligence-enabled Financial Spreading (AiFS)
Present AiFS implementation updates to global steering committee and other relevant senior management
Manage stakeholder work streams and relationships to achieve stated project objectives in accordance with pre-defined timelines
Partner with Technology to lead regional operating committees to ensure project success
Lead working group to develop metrics for cognitive automation initiatives, including execution of a monthly metric dashboard
Responsible for the management and production oversight of the Global, Regional and Country CCB CLM Scorecards
Direct continuous improvement through data-driven analytical insights and formal management of the CLM Productivity Workflow model
Ensure harmonization of common standards across businesses
Identify opportunities to leverage capabilities across businesses
Serve as the global subject matter expert for lending business and process-related expertise
Act a CLM coordinator for Credit Policy review and feedback, making recommendations to existing or proposed policy
Communicate/disseminate changes coordinating with the Global CCB team, Regional CLM Heads and other stakeholders
Review and approve ad-hoc changes to CAT, the global financial spreading system, with an eye toward greater global standardization and simplification

Experience and/or training in accounting, financial spreading and analysis
Solid knowledge of Citi and CCB risk policy
Cross-border project or business management experience
Successful record in working and managing within matrix organization
Must bring an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking including strong commercial credit knowledge and an ability to quickly learn new products and services availability
Formal commercial credit training or equivalent level of experience is a core requirement
Must have a sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches
Must be able to express a sound opinion, able to agreeably present another viewpoint
