This Compensation Systems Administrator - PayFactors Exp. a Plus will be responsible for:
Acting as primary intake and distribution of all requests to the Compensation team; documenting, distributing, processing, reporting, and providing customer service.
Administering project tracking system software, job description software, and data aggregation software; facilitates system changes, and integrations working with vendors and HRIS to implement and update.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field, a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, system administration role. Experience in data management and analytics strongly preferred, relevant experience may substitute for degree.
Advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills.
Strong analytical skills to in order to resolve problems that require the use of basic to moderately complex mathematical or statistical principles.
The ability to successfully manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously while maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.
Strong organizational abilities and be able to prioritize work.
Experience with interacting effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
Outstanding competencies in communication, analysis, and project management skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
Human Resources or compensation certification preferred.
