Essential Functions: Full-time position available for project management on a NIH-funded grant that tests the effectiveness of a home-based family intervention to improve asthma management in adolescents with poorly controlled asthma. Duties include: -Coordination and management of all aspects of project-Development and maintenance of standard operating procedure manual-Supervision of research staff-Conduct quality assurance audits-Assist with database management, participant consent and handoff for intervention services as neededEvening availability is required, as is willingness to conduct home visits for participant recruitment and data collection. Reliable transportation to conduct home visits is required.
