We're in the process of developing ambitious new products at CBRE that are redefining the workplace experience. We're looking for an experienced and creative Product Manager in New York to take a pivotal role in this effort by developing and executing a roadmap for our Hana business unit.

Build a deep understanding of our business and competitive differentiation using internal and external data
Work with cross-functional partners from UX, Design, Engineering, and Operations to frame actionable product strategies and recommendations
Oversee the product roadmap and prioritization efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Work to identify the MVP for all product development efforts to ensure waste is reduced as much as possible
Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for effective communication
Identify, track, and communicate progress towards key initiatives and metrics
Represent the voice of the customer in all product development efforts
3+ years of experience in product management or strategy at a technology or consulting firm
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, MBA or equivalent work experience
A demonstrated track record of successfully developing new products
Experience in solving problems individually as well as in a group setting
Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing technology strategy projects
A team player who's able to partner with cross-functional leadership to quickly turn insights into actions
Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior leadership
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities
Outstanding team player and positive attitude
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience in the real estate industry
Experience developing experiences that cross physical and digital boundaries
