Job Requisition Number: 26235. The Evening & Weekend MBA (“EWMBA”) Program Office is responsible for providing student services and academic support for students in the EWMBA program at the Haas School of Business. The EWMBA program is three years in length and is designed to provide working professionals with access to the Berkeley MBA in an evening and weekend format.
•Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience. •Advanced knowledge of advising and counseling techniques. •Skills in monitoring/assessing people, processes or services, to make improvements. •Skills in persuasion, negotiation, and and emotional intelligence. •Ability in problem identification, reasoning, ability to develop original ideas to solve problems, leadership. •Interpersonal skills; multicultural competencies; ability to work with diverse populations. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated effectiveness in public speaking. •Strong organizational, problem solving, and project management skills. Flexibility and initiative in seeking service improvements and procedural efficiency. •Proven ability to manage staff and be a good team player. •Ability to work with objectivity and discretion in relating to students, faculty, and staff. •Ability to travel and represent program externally. •Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Google Productivity Suite applications.
