Our client is seeking a Project Manager for assignment to shopping centers (1,700 parking stalls) in the city of Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities include: managing a small team of customer service, accountants, and cashiers, some operating and selected capital maintenance programming (repainting a car park, revamping, upgrading facilities, signage, etc.); Financial responsibility for operations including management of shop validations.
The position is available for up to 6 years, and is renewable.

Doha is the capital of Qatar and is a modern, high rise, full service city with over 1,300,000 residents. Doha has a desert climate; it is almost always sunny, and temperatures can fall as low as 70 degrees in winter and as high as 115 degrees in summer. It is ranked in most studies as one of the top 5 safest cities in the world, the lifestyle is relaxed and there are many consumer and recreational experiences available. Always growing, Doha is now preparing to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
This position will appeal to an experienced parking professional seeking long term, full time term employment in Qatar.
Fluency in English and/or Arabic, detailed facility design knowledge, 5 years management experience, and Bachelor degree required.
Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP), 2 years parking management experience preferred
Candidates must use their national passport to obtain a Qatari working permit (completed by the employer, time frame 3 months).
Additional Salary Information: There are no income or consumer taxes in Qatar.
