Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, research initiative, program and/or organizational unit, or in research of new or changing systems and programs. Data analysis, projections, and recommendations related to operational, financial, and strategic data to inform decision-making. Assists in policy and program planning, project management, development, administration, management and implementation; interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of analytical practices, policies and procedures; researches, analyzes and develops solutions to a wide range of issues. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Primarily deals with policies, programs and proposals which are complex in nature and diverse in scope. Develops new programs, policies or procedures for possible implementation
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related area; and/or equivalent experience/training.
A minimum of three (3+) or more years of relevant experience.
Experience and proven success in knowledge of data analytics in a healthcare setting.
Master's Degree,MBA, MPH or equivalent.
Strong analytics working with complex data sets and/or large databases.
Financial, marketshare, quality data.
Knowledgeable in data reports, interpretation and presentation.
Advanced skills, in Powerpoint, pivot tables & Excel.
Liaison with staff, management and team.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
