Our client is an established foreign insurance institution looking for experienced Project Managers to join their APAC Private Equity and M&A team based in Hong Kong. This Project Manager will provide coordination, management oversight and execution of all phases of insurance due diligence, insurance placement and stewardship on behalf of private equity and/or corporate clients.
Required Experience and Competencies :
Business Degree with at least 5 years' relevant insurance working experience (preferably in general insurance line or financial insurance line) or experience in the M&A industry.
Hong Kong/China experience preferred (Chinese SOEs/POEs experience and Chinese language capability will be advantages).
Insurance knowledge is a must.
Knowledge of PE industry will be a plus.
Possesses solid project management business development and client management skills.
Excellent time management, interpersonal communication (written and verbal), presentation and problem solving skills.
