The Office of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs works to achieve and fulfill UK HealthCare's mission and vision through organization wide strategic planning and project execution. The Business Operations Coordinator will work directly with senior-level administrators to advance leadership's priorities, lead multiple teams, and be responsible for the timely completion of actions and projects. The Business Operations Coordinator will lead the outreach process including information gathering; proposal contribution; project tracking; and coordination with departments and external partners. This position will also coordinate the outreach operations team.
The idea candidate will possess strong MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (or other related project management software), Visio, Project Management experience.
