If you applied to 2018-1249, you do not need to apply to this recruitment for continued consideration:Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Information Resource Management, this position will lead technical aspects of University Advancement's (UA) web/digital outreach strategy across all relevant applications, tools and channels. The position will be responsible for Web Development, Salesforce Communities Development, CMS Management, Email Templates Development, Landing Pages Management and Digital Engagement Analytics across web, email, video, mobile, SEM, SEO, Social Media, and other digital engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of and experience in web development, Salesforce communities, digital marketing, user experience, and web/social media analytics and will be able to think strategically within both inbound and outbound channels.The position will work closely with Advancement Communications team and Information Resource Management (IRM) team to successfully integrate University Advancement's web presence with Salesforce; including Salesforce Communities, micro-sites, Cascade webpages, mobile sites, Wordpress sites, landing pages, web programming environments and related web resources. The ideal candidate has knowledge of building on the Salesforce Community platform, and a successful track record driving engagement within an online user community.The position will design, develop, maintain, and enforce website policies and procedures and implement a web content management strategy consistent with University Advancement?s goals and objectives.
