About the Position
Prestigious, long-term career opportunity for a dynamic individual with these qualifications:
Extensive experience in business planning and development, as well as operational management in a medical practice setting.
In-depth financial acumen that is applied in a transparent, collaborative, and cerebral-thinking manner.
Fluent understanding of medical practice operations, including corporate entity structures in the healthcare space, contract and lease negotiations, feasibility studies, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing high performance teams.
A Master's degree in medical administration, business, or a related area, desired.
At least five years' management experience in medical group practice, required.
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, managed care plans, and medical computer billing systems.
Financial skills and sufficient knowledge of accounting to direct the operation of a computerized general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll and patient management system.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Exclusive Employment: Employee agrees to devote his full time and attention to the business affairs of the practice.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
