Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and IT Operations (Facilities Director), the Relocation Project Manager (RPM) provides a full range of services to plan, assist and direct the move of Applied Innovation offices and equipment in a timely and effective manner. Services include to plan and move existing office furniture, equipment and related supplies from current location, transport the items to the new location, and place them according to department instructions. The RPM will assist in identifying and documenting all stakeholders, personnel and equipment necessary to accomplish the move from one location to another. The RPM will provide project supervision, working/coordinating with technology integrators, pre-move planning (who/what/where/when), packing/loading, unloading, delivery and setup per client specifications.
