This Assistant Director will support the Director of Master's Admission and Recruitment in the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven recruitment, conversion, and yield plan for the master's programs in the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in support of budgeted enrollment targets. This position will serve as primary counsel to prospective GRS master's students throughout the enrollment funnel. This position must possess excellent communication, presentation, research, and project management skills and operate with a high level of integrity in line with FERPA standards. The Assistant Director will represent GRS Master's Admissions at highly visible events at the national and international level as well as support the Director in corporate outreach. Three to five years of experience in higher education recruitment or relevant sales experience is required as well as skills in data reporting and analysis.
Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years relevant experience.
