At AMGA, we’re paving the way for medical groups and integrated systems of care to deliver the next level of high-performance health. We have an opening for a council coordinator, reporting to the senior membership and council relations manager.
The primary responsibility of the council coordinator is research and member outreach achieved by:
Using our database (currently iMIS) to determine which group members (400+) have open spots to enroll in our 14 Councils and invite specific leaders to participate
Auditing 2,000+ Council members to identify inactive members and reengage them
Researching group leadership teams to determine the accuracy of our database and update rosters as necessary
Tagging discussions and documents shared within the communities
Assisting the management of our 14 online communities in Higher Logic
Other duties as assigned
This position may require occasional travel (domestic), weekend, or evening work to support meetings.
The ideal candidate will be a smart self-starter with superior organizational and administrative skills; strong communications abilities, both verbal and written; and knowledge or interest in health care.

2+ years of customer service
