Progressive mixed animal practice is in need of 3rd DVM. 50% Large Animal (Mostly cow/calf), 50% Small Animal. Located in Linn, Missouri it is a great place to live and raise a family, quick and easy access to Jefferson City and Columbia. We emphasize herd health/reproductive management including A.I. programs and have an Ibex portable ultrasound. Routine herd work at our haul-in facility (hydraulic chute and scale) and on farm. Companion animals are important to us as well. We have digital x-ray, in-house Abaxis Hematology and Blood Chemistry, gas anesthesia and most importantly a wonderful, motivated and compassionate staff. Although we are able to handle a lot of complicated cases ourselves, we are close to the referral hospital at the University of Missouri. We do provide emergency services to our clients and that duty is shared among the DVMs. Our facility is modern, well maintained and we get frequent compliments on how clean it is. We are proud of our rural heritage and strive to support it by providing affordable, progressive care, and involvement in many community activities. New graduates encouraged to apply. Great mentor-ship. Family oriented practice.
