The Marketing Services Manager will be responsible for writing, editing, and managing the production of communications in support of Marketing's strategic goals. The management of communications production includes workflow management and tracking tasks from beginning to completion; ensuring projects stay on budget and meet deadlines; and assuring the quality of all projects completed. This position will also work with key stakeholders to report on the status of pending projects, as well as the Director of Content and Design on departmental production volume and resource allocation.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or publication projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment; proficiency working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; similar marketing management and/or project management experience; a high level of regard for quality, accuracy, and detail; excellent planning and organizational skills; the ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; and a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment skills.
