The Senior Financial Systems Project Manager will be responsible for functional project management of systems updates, upgrades, and improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite, Hubble, Concur, internal interfaces and any other financial systems adopted by NSF International. This includes collecting and analyzing data to support the business cases, system requirements, and proposed projects. Additionally, managing reporting, daily maintenance and problem solving to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Execute Oracle E-Business system set ups to support NSF’s global footprint.
Manage Oracle E-Business implementation projects from scope and quote to hand-off
Managing and coordinating upgrades to financial systems including Oracle EBS, Concur, Hubble and any other financial system that may be adopted by NSF International
Work with external vendors to research new capabilities and system enhancements
Manage patch upgrades and global test cycles to support quality assurance efforts.
Oversee interaction and integration of multiple systems linked to financials
Create user guides, and other instructional materials to facilitate hands-on and self-directed learning.
Resolve system errors, troubleshoot data and system interface issues.
Work closely with the application support group.
Conduct beta and user acceptance testing and provide feedback on new functionality, upgrades, patches, etc.
Provide user support and training for Oracle, Hubble, Concur and any financial systems that may be adopted by NSF International.
Work closely with IT on routine maintenance of interfaces between systems.
Work with multi-national project team

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, computer science or related field and 3-5 years’ experience working with complex accounting systems
Working knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite
Experience Implementing Oracle E-Business Suite from start to finish
Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive with good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience Managing Projects for cross functional teams
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work non-core business hours to accommodate meetings for a variety of time zones.
Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
Advanced Degree in accounting, business, computer science or related field
Experience working with a multi-national project team
Comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization
Experience with strategic development.
Experience with Oracle HRIS applications.
