The Communications Systems Manager will manage customer experience initiatives, including oversight of a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Slate). The position will develop and execute initiatives internally to improve service to students (digitally and through other methods), enhance productivity, and find cost savings. Manage extensive testing processes with key internal stakeholders and partners within Enrollment Management for email campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and technical functionality. Lead CRM training efforts for all new and existing staff within Enrollment Management. Develop and analyze CRM performance reports for marketing and operational purpose.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Experience: 3+ years' experience with Technolutions Slate software, or similar enterprise information systems (e.g. CRM).
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a higher education context or non-profit organization is preferred, but not required. Experience with email and web content management systems.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: SQL experience; Experience in email marketing, managing web content and analytics and reporting. Excellent writing and communications skills. The ability to work collaboratively
