The Project Manager for the Penn Futures (PF) Project will work directly with PF project faculty, student, and community partners, and will serve as the ‘on-the-ground’ liaison between and among these partners and the Executive Director and Faculty Leads. The Project Manager will report to the Faculty Leads and Executive Director, and will be responsible for utilizing project management methodologies to execute program tasks that promote PF projects and that respond to the Executive Director and the Faculty Leads. The successful candidate will have experience working closely with faculty and community members to build partnerships and will work with projects and community partners to set and attain project priorities and deliverables and fulfill the PF mission. Responsibilities include: * Convene planning and other project-related meetings, and manage follow-up and dissemination of information to those involved * Assist Executive Director in developing a marketing and communications strategy, including content for a variety of dissemination activities such as the PF website, press releases, project reports, feature articles for external publication * Coordinate student/intern opportunities as part of the overall Project. * Coordinate meetings and focus groups with the community to obtain feedback and integrate input * Collate and organize, when requested, outcome data related to each PF project * Work with the Executive Director, disseminate a formative and end-of-year survey to obtain data on accomplishments of PF projects and prepare a report for distribution to University and larger community * Convene bi-annual meetings with community leaders and community members to disseminate process and outcomes of PF initiatives * Provide administrative support to the Faculty Leads
