This full-time role manages architectural designs for multiple entertainment, hospitality, commercial/retail and higher education institutional projects with multi-million dollar budgets. This position has senior growth opportunities and requires an architect with 5 to 15 years of experience.

Leads design team and consultants in entertainment, hospitality, commercial/retail and higher education institutional projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
Simultaneously project manage 2-3 projects at various stages of development.
Manage meeting notes and coordination of consultant teams.
Mentor and manage intern architects
Ensures adherence to project schedules, billing, and technical design specification
5 to 15 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment and/or higher Ed Institution projects
Bachelors' Degree in Architecture
Excellent knowledge of architectural design and detailing
Ability to nurture client relationships
Proficient in REVIT BIM software
Solid project management and technical skills
Professional registration preferred but not required
Ability to work in an open office environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
