Ensure that design for all new buildings and all physical alterations to the campus meet their functional and esthetical objectives, professional design and construction standards, low maintenance and long life and all applicable building and fire codes and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural engineering or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Professional licensure by the State of Michigan. Five years of technical experience in Architectural/ site engineering. Five years of project management experience. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
