Project Analyst - Supply Chain – Accounting – Orlando – Part Time
Florida Hospital Orlando seeks to hire a Project Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

The Project Analyst of Supply Chain – Part Time is responsible for the analysis and execution of assigned programs and projects as it relates to the medical and surgical supply chain workflow processes as it relates to iSynergy. Reviews and analyzes the departmental data, processes and activities to assist in developing recommendations to improve business workflows for the most effective use of resources. Documents results and requirements, works within predefined scope and objectives; and formulates results that meet and parallels overall business strategies for all phases of process improvement life cycle. Responsible for handling multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously. Provides project outcomes and objectives within scope, quality, timeframe, and contractual framework. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Materials Management, Project Management, and/or Supply Chain.
Associates degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Healthcare, Supply Chain or related field. (Preferred)
Experience in PeopleSoft ERP inventory module and workflow design. (Preferred)
Experience with working in a large hospital or multi-hospital system. (Preferred)
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:
Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) Certification through the Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management. (Preferred)
Lean Process Improvement Certification (Six-Sigma) (Preferred)

Key resource for the analysis, execution, and evaluation of assigned projects and initiatives, as it relates to clinical supply chain workflow process.
Analyze departmental processes and data in order to suggest improvements to business workflow for the most effective use of resources.
Maintains awareness of project schedules and statuses including any potential delays, situations or concerns that may affect outcomes. Communicates any potential delays, situations or concerns to management.
Completes documentation requirements and formulates data results that are parallel to the overall business strategies for all phases of process development life cycle, as assigned.
Analyzes issues, effectively presents ideas and views to audiences at various staff and leadership levels.
Works as a cross-functional team member toward the resolution of complex problems in a professional, courteous manner.
Creates effective internal and external training documentation as directed related to the supply chain workflow process for implementation.
Continues to provide on-going support for implementations as designated by the Project Lead and/or Shared Services Materials Director.
