The Director of Facilities Services is responsible for the overall operation of the building, building systems and grounds. Responsibilities also include overall management of building projects, managing of capital assets and environmental services.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative support, strategic direction and technical expertise to
supervisors and coordinators.
2. Develop leadership, management, and technical skills of each supervisor
3. Set and measure customer service standards in support of the Charter House mission.
4. Ensure regulatory compliance, disaster preparedness and over site of policies that manage daily activities.
5. Create a strong interactive relationship with resident and guests
6. Foster a strong relationship to supportive services provided by Mayo
Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a comparable setting or a bachelors in facilities management, engineering field or business with 1-3 years of experience. This position typically requires a bachelor degree. Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills are essential. An individual in this position has typically 5 years of prior experience in a supervisory position, preferably facilities management.

Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $2,405.60, based on a full-time position.
