On a daily basis the role consists of informing, educating and enlightening key topics through the creation of strategic content targeted to stakeholders ranging from external audiences such as clients, to internal employees and management. In line with CIB's transformation plan, the team has a strategic focus around key transformational levers including digital, sustainability, people, and conduct/workplace.
In this context we are looking for a 'content writer' on strategic and transformation-related topics.
In this position you will:
Be proactive on strategic topics to improve both the editorial line and the strategy to adopt linked to the Thought & Content Leader and the Chief Editor to insure both impact and consistency of messages
- Write and publish content under the supervision of the Thought & Content Leader
- Conduct research and market watch of your topics
- Manage daily interactions with internal clients to understand their needs and source content opportunities

You will integrate in an international, multi-cultural and multi-channel team, with complementary profiles and experiences, in direct link with CIB's management. Team work is an essential component of the job.
You enjoy being creative about your ideas. You will work in close collaboration with thematic experts, and propose communication content. In this role, you will be expected to be proactive in the topics and the way to promote them through an editorial and global approach.
You will develop new 'writing/image & content format' tools, in order to maximize impact of the campaigns you'll be contributing to.
Furthermore, you will ensure quality content execution, whilst taking a multichannel approach to dissemination.
You will also work in close collaboration with other CIB communication teams (part of business lines and functions within EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Americas) and Group teams on global topics impacting CIB.

Yes, if you are graduated from a BAC+5 in Business School or equivalent and you have 3 years of experience in Communication, Editorial content, Content management and/or Community management. Ideally, you already have experiences in Bank.
