We invite you to join Franklin Pierce University as the Manager of the Annual Fund & Alumni & Parent Communications. Through the use of your knowledge of broad-based giving, direct mailing, and electronic funding appeals, and with the spirit of the mission and objectives of the University, you will help to shape and attain our annual fundraising goals.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues to grow on the foundations of outreach, donor acquisition, retention, and reunion class giving. You will also manage the communication of our Advancement Office to Alumni and Parents, as well as promoting the mission, initiatives, and events of the office by managing web, social media and print materials. Working with colleagues to provide supplemental stewardship to individual donors to the University. Providing direction and guidance to our student workers to complete thank you and re-engagement calls. Overseeing our direct mail program, you will also assist with email and other digital fundraising appeals. Your skills will help also to develop and analyze response metrics.

As Manager, your qualifications will include-
Prior experience in higher education fundraising, or previous sales experience.
You will be goal oriented and motivated to achieve engagement and fundraising goals.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to maintain composure while working under stress and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to travel for the University on a weekly basis.
Must be able to and willing to work occasional evenings and weekends, and attend functions as required.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing and positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products, and previous experience working with fundraising software is preferred.
Flexibility and a good sense of humor as welcomed.
