Supports the highly competitive Undergraduate Program which serves approximately 6,200 students and 1,000 employers within the Undergraduate Career Services Office (UCSO). Fosters relationships with employers, alumni, faculty, staff, and colleagues. Responsible for the management and development of recruitment efforts with employers by understanding the company talent needs and hiring goals, while creating a successful recruitment strategy in hiring Kelley students for full-time and internship opportunities (includes both on and off campus recruitment). Must have a good understanding of Kelley majors and curriculum with an ability to promote the School and majors to employers recruiting Kelley students including the development of materials, processes, and on-line information. Also, responsible for the management of a high touch, high tech recruiting program that embraces the needs of students and employers as a part of the UCSO team to continue to provide outstanding customer service.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and two years of related-work experience including recruiting, human resources, management and corporate relations with Fortune 500 companies interacting with senior level people.
Ability to build effective relationships with excellent communication and listening skills, and superior customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Work well both independently and in a team environment. Work well under pressure and possess the energy and time necessary to support UCSO in its on and off-campus recruiting activities. Demonstrated ability to market and promote career services and have demonstrated high levels of professionalism. Excellent communication, presentation, and experience in personnel and project management. Comfortable with technology and learning new systems. Possess an interest in working in a highly-collaborative team environment, and a relentless commitment to facilitating world-class undergraduate student learning and career development.
Master's degree in business, counseling, or related field; five years of related-work experience including recruiting, human resources, management and corporate relations with Fortune 500 companies interacting with senior level people.
