Reporting to the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, LMU College of Business Administration, this person will lead the business development, relationship building, and recruiting efforts for LMU College of Business graduate programs (both degree- and non-degree).
Typically a MBA Degree in management or related field or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
Minimum 7 years of business experience in progressively responsible positions.
Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of: business education, human resource management, marketing, organizational & professional development
Ability and willingness to work weekends or evenings on occasion (only as needed) to support program deliveries or special meetings
Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by background in preparing comprehensive reports and executive summaries.
Highly developed project management, organizational and leadership skills.
Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of Microsoft Office.
