This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our NCQA Accreditation department.
This Manager is responsible for the ongoing development, evolution, implementation, and oversight of Capital BlueCross’s health plan accreditation strategy; focused on providing leadership and direction to our accreditation team and subject matter expertise on all health plan accreditation matters. Will develop key performance metrics in alignment with industry standards to demonstrate the effectiveness of initiatives, processes, and vendor/consultant relationships, and monitor these to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

**THE HIRED EMPLOYEE WILL NEED TO SIGN A NON-DISCLOSURE, NON-SOLICITATION, AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT **
Candidates must have superior cross-functional collaboration and people management skills, and the ability to plan, organize, lead, and control projects among multiple teams to reach goals. Must be results-driven and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects. A strong working knowledge of NCQA and health plan accreditation requirements is required, as well as a proven understanding of regulatory requirements including but not limited to NCQA, CMS, and PA state law and mandates.
A working knowledge of project management practices and techniques is required, and Six Sigma certification is preferred. This position requires 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting, as well as 3+ years of supervisory/management experience. A Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field is also required.
