Inova Health System is seeking a HR Shared Services Rep in our corporate office!
Customer Service - Acts as first point of contact for all employee levels, colleagues and applicants. Consistently provides exceptional customer service to include providing timely, accurate information and problem resolution. HRSS Representative must possess exceptional knowledge of Inova Health System HR applications, policies and procedures. Resolves individual employee issues related to benefits, payroll, and time accruals. Data Integrity - Ensures accurate data entry, eProfile updating and new hire processing of employee information to facilitate smooth and accurate payroll and correct employee benefits enrollments. Reporting - Provides biweekly, quarterly and daily reports to customers. Provides Manager with essential employee information in order to effectively meet Inova Health System, and policy and procedures. Project Management - Adapts quickly to changes impacting both technical and non-technical processes, policies and procedures. Effectively participates in change management initiatives.
