The Delivery Excellence Operations Executive is a member of the US Strategic Portfolio Delivery (SPD) Team responsible for the coordination, prioritization, resourcing and implementation of broad scale project initiatives in the AMCB business in support of growth of US business. Accountable for AMCB compliance with all EPDE policies and standards for governance, Effective challenge and approval of all program/project artifacts, including SCOPE materials if applicable, Continuous improvement and adoption of new and existing PDG capabilities and initiatives, Financial and Portfolio Investment and performance reporting.

Managing Strategy, Special projects and the day to day operations of SPD Supports strategic alliance as point of contact with business segment Heads and key Stakeholders
Partners with multiple Stakeholders to deliver against strategic and tactical solutions designed to drive revenue, efficiency and compliance
Will coordinate, co- facilitate, and drive implementation of operational improvement initiatives to re-align resources, improve business line and customer satisfaction and deliver projects on time
Responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process e-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this Infrastructure area
Develops and maintains the portfolio management, Project Management Methodology and IT governance plans and communicates to the client/line of business
Reviews and analyzes all proposed projects to ensure consistency with organization's strategic direction and departmental tactical goals. Verifies that all projects add value to the organization and comply with governance and methodology requirements
Conducts scenario planning and analysis to justify the selection and relative risks involved with project and project prioritization
Conducts long range portfolio and resource planning analysis to ensure sufficient resource and skill levels are available to meet projected demand
Demonstrates that the projects and timing in the portfolio are conducted within the capabilities/capacity of the department and organization
Develops the systems and processes to ensure that business, project and employee needs are met in the assignment of staff to projects. Coordinates with resource managers for implementation
Ensures that corporate systems are in place to capture accurate project delivery true cost/benefit comparison project by project
Works with IT leadership, staffing and training to appropriately forecast staffing needs and skills to ensure proper recruitment, training and development of staff to meet current and future IT needs. Works with appropriate human resources staff to coordinate the training and development of staff
Communicates with project managers and assigned staff to ensure resource management process addresses needs of both for staff selection and coordination of resources
Acts as the mentor and champion of training and career development processes for Enterprise Project Management (EPMO)
Supports and coordinates internal and external audit examinations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ Years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of IT Planning.
In-depth knowledge of Product platforms.
Effective communication abilities and experience with presentations, change management rollouts, analysis and resource planning. Strategic thinker and planner with progressively responsible experience in product management and marketing in financial services or other relevant service sector industries.
Strong proficiency in utilizing change management and organizational knowledge to design and deliver on key US Product expansion plans.
Strong project management and integration experience required to work across business segments to build core product & service proposition.
Proven ability to lead an initiative to streamline project documentation and status reporting to insure efficient outcomes for all TD Product businesses.
Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiation and monitoring contracts/service level agreements.
Senior level experience in IT management and systems implementations for IT related activities.
Expert builder and manager of internal and external relationships.
Experience leveraging strong networking and relationship skills to build consensus and advance product strategies through cross functional teams.
Clear and articulate communicator with strong personal presence who establishes credibility with audiences inside and outside the bank.
Capability and interest to progress within TD Bank to other roles and become part of the succession planning process.
