Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of digital and physical student files for all students in grades K-12.
Database administrator for school’s student information and learning management systems; manage all student and parent user accounts and records, as well as selected data within employee and applicant records.
Maintain policies and procedures regarding the proper recording of student records and information.
Oversee attendance management and provide attendance reporting.
Create and track monthly and yearly analytical reports for student, parent, and faculty information including, but not limited to, enrollment, attrition, demographics, and certifications.
Provide requested data deliveries to various school offices.
Create, update, and manage all grading access portals within the student information system for various term assessment periods.
Help guide student progress report and grades entry process and manage the publication of student progress reports.
Manage the creation, review, and update of all student transcripts.
Prepare and forward all requested official and unofficial student records.
Manage the application documentation for current students who are applying to other schools.
Manage the student course request process, and work with school directors to create, publish, and distribute class, faculty, and student schedules.
Manage and track course change requests.
Manage the school’s approved course lists for the University of California’s A-G and NCAA Eligibility Center websites.
Manage the annual online information, authorization, and student health records collection for the registration of all re-enrolling and newly enrolled students.
Verify and record all student immunization information for student enrollment as required by the state of California.
Process student work permit requests.
Create correspondence for students, families, and faculty to communicate necessary information.
Perform other duties as requested.
Applicant must be a detail oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills. They must be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize duties while managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be team players who have the ability to take direction, multi-task, and follow through on all projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
