The Center for Community and Population Health in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health seeks a Project Manager A to support a HRSA-funded primary care training and enhancement program focused on improving primary care delivery in West Philadelphia. The position will support this new program through working directly with the PI and project team to manage the implementation of program proposals, generating and submitting progress reports, managing timelines, as well as quality improvement initiatives across multiple sites. The Project Manager will be responsible for stakeholder engagement including a ‘community of practice’, advisory board, work groups, curriculum programming, data collection and program evaluation and dissemination.
