Overview: The Assistant Dental Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting dental prosthetic technicians in fabricating dental crowns, bridges, dentures, and assists in keeping well-stocked laboratories.
Responsibilities and duties: ? Operate a variety of laboratory equipment in established procedures to process dentures and other dental prosthetics: ? Scan dental arches ? Wax, set up, invest, and polish dentures ? Finish printed and milled items ? Maintain laboratory supply inventory ? Monitor inventory ? Order and prepare lab supplies, instruments, equipment ? Collaborate with dental prosthetic technicians, faculty and students; interpret lab prescriptions ? Actively learn software/technology for dental prosthetic equipment ? CAD design for digital denture technology ? Other duties as assigned
Hourly Salary Range: $15.30 to $21.08 USD/hour
