Apply your broad electronics experience and knowledge to a wide variety of challenging R&D projects to develop cutting edge electronic devices and equipment for biomedical, energy, advanced battery, high voltage, military, and space applications. Work closely with R&D project team members to develop hardware prototypes from the ground up. Create new designs, lay out printed circuit boards, build prototypes using PCB and SMT technologies, set up and perform experiments, and transition R&D electronics to real-world applications. You must have a solid working knowledge of electronics, be familiar with analog, digital, power, or instrumentation, and be an energetic team player and be able to multi-task. Electronic Design Automation CAD experience-such as schematic capture and PCB layout in OrCAD, Mentor Graphics, or Altium is a plus. An Associate's degree and two years’ experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education) is preferred. Training will be provided to candidates with less experience who exhibit strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn on the job.
