Advertised Job Summary:
The Program Manager I for instructional design will manage writers and instructional design staff and oversee assignments and scheduling of curriculum development, writing for online course materials and other multi-media training materials. The program manager for instructional design coordinates with the production program manager and works with training program managers in the development of new curricula and training products.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in related field and 3 years related program experience, including employee supervision/management, employee development, project management, and design, implementation, and evaluation of instructor-led training and distance-based instructional strategies utilizing multiple technology platforms, or bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience listed above.
