The Consulting Associate reports into the Digital Transformation Consulting Services Team. Consulting Services is the fasted growing business unit in Rockwell, and has a high level of exposure within the firm. The team delivers operations strategy consulting, enabling our clients to achieve new levels of productivity and realize their Connected Enterprise goals through digitization and automation.
In this role, you will contribute to the analysis and design of Smart Manufacturing processes and business models. You will work closely with client leadership to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. In addition to gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations, you will work with Rockwell implementation services to realize those recommendations.
You will be at the forefront of operations technology, and will have the opportunity to be exposed to various industry verticals including CPG, Food & Bev, automotive, etc. In addition, you will work with cross functional teams including commercial marketing, sales, delivery, and global business development, and will gain exposure and experience to progress within the consulting career track or pivot into other corporate functions.

Set-up and facilitate workshops to develop a detailed understanding of customer requirements
Assist in the development of proposals and the successful completion of the sales process
Support lead consultants on client projects and complete deliverables as appropriate
Analyze, quantify, and document the client's operations needs and requirements
Assist clients in utilizing industry standard tools and operations information to solve business problems
Present solutions and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders
Identify clients' needs and develop future plans
Work with clients' teams to execute the plans to achieve targeted financial results
Provide support in communicating design solutions by developing presentations and leading client discussions
Report project status to internal and external team members
Possess financial acumen, operations knowledge of manufacturing processes and business metrics
Perform administrative tasks in a time sensitive manner
Expand breadth and depth of operations knowledge ·
