As a Sr. AEM Business Analyst, candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement Cedars-Sinai's vision of a patient-centric digital platform. Candidate will work closely with web and mobile developers, product and content managers to show case Cedars-Sinai programs and services.
Candidate will facilitate the requirements and development of Adobe Experience Manager web solutions. This position is ideal for a collaborative and creative individual who facilitates the design of web solutions. The Business Analyst is an integral part of the IT team and acts as a bridge between the Digital Strategy and the Software Development team.
Provides leadership and promotes effective collaboration and teamwork among individuals from multiple disciplines, and across the organization.
Conducts user groups, advisory committees and/or feedback sessions with appropriate participants to generate useful input and ongoing support as needed. Interdisciplinary participation will be sought at appropriate phases of development and implementation.
Coordinates and participates in system/UAT testing in conjunction with involved parties.
Helps deliver presentations to customers and management teams.
Translate client's business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
Works with customers to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
Coordinates communications and collaborates with the functional department stake holders to establish project timelines and implementation milestones to achieve maximum utilization of available systems. Demonstrates ability to follow up to implement, coordinate and complete these responsibilities accurately within established time frame.
Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met
Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.
Instills team commitment to company delivery methodologies and practices.
Documents and assists with change management process for technical and functional changes to systems/software/applications.
