Backed by senior CBRE executives, our small, fast-paced team is on a mission to change the space of commercial real estate through our suite of simple, intuitive client-side applications. At CBRE Build, you'll be able to learn from the most brilliant software engineers, designers and 3D artists while tackling tough problems that will drive our technology forward.
What we work on:
Combining 3D modeling software and 2D editing programs to make interactive scenes (i.e. residential, commercial, or industrial interiors and exteriors)
Referencing client floorplan data and visual inspirations to create the very best spaces for office lobbies, luxury apartments, fitness centers, restaurants, and more

What we're looking for:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Game Design, Computer Animation and Interactive Media, or related field
Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA
Proficiency in 3D modeling and Photoshop or other 2D program
Strong understanding of how to efficiently represent objects in terms of polygon-counts and texture size
Experience creating a variety of textures that can be applied to 3D models
Ability to import and export existing 3D objects in and out of programs at the correct scale
A desire to work in a super friendly, collaborative, and transparent work environment
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with floorplans and finish/furniture schedules
Strong eye for the color and composition of 3D scenes that are designed to represent real spaces
