The Office of Information Technology (OIT) seeks a team lead and business analyst for Collaboration and Web Content Management Services. The position will lead two separate service offerings: Email, Messaging and Calendaring service, and Website Content service. These teams provide business analysis, software configuration and development, and operational support for Google’s G Suite for Education (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Sites, etc.) and Drupal website content and hosting. Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong background in business analysis and business process analysis and experience managing small to medium sized projects.

Work effectively with key stakeholders, customers, vendors, and technical teams to manage customer demand, deliver projects and services, and solve complex problems considering technology capacity and desired business results.
Function as project manager for small to medium sized projects.
Assist with the development of roadmaps, service level agreements, plans, schedules, budgets, and reports to define and track project and service team deliverables.
Manage the execution of day-to-day project activities and service operations; monitor progress and communicate status to various stakeholders, including senior IT leaders.
Motivate team members and help remove barriers to teamwork and progress.
Hold project and service teams accountable for working within defined processes.
Analyze and report on project performance; track project change requests and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
Lead the process of analyzing and streamlining complex client business processes to best align technology solutions with business strategies.
Ensure documentation of business requirements and create detailed functional/technical specifications.
Ensure technical solutions meet quality, security, and compliance requirements; work directly with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions have passed the required quality checks.
Seek and provide feedback on individual and team performance.

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of work experience in the areas of business or systems process analysis or a comparable combination of education, experience, and/or training.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing small to medium sized cross-functional software development projects and/or teams.
Experience designing solutions to meet business needs using packaged (i.e., vendor) software applications.
Experience with Google G Suite (i.e. Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)
Experience with web content management systems; Drupal content management system knowledge preferred.
Experience working in a large, distributed organization.
