Corporate & Investment Banking: Global Transaction Banking
The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) combines Deutsche Bank's Corporate Finance, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking businesses. This new business division was created in 2017 with the aim to ensure greater alignment of product and sales efforts, enabling the bank to deliver a better service to clients and a more focused resource allocation. Global Transaction Banking (GTB) is a leading global provider of cash management, trade finance and securities services, delivering the full range of commercial banking products and services for both corporates and institutions worldwide.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead documentation team for Singapore. Coordinate documentation needs for all in-country and regional deals with Singapore as the primary location.
Liaises with clients to ensure completed documentation are received by DB to open accounts and effect electronic-banking setups
Coordinate regional documentation needs for key clients and act as the gate keeper when interfacing with the RTC in Singapore
Manage implementation and post-implementation documentation requirements.
Liaise and work with customers and implementation/sales on all documentation that covers new/sub-account opening, account closure, account mandate updates, account amendments, as well as setup on electronic-banking. This involves the provision of guidance to clients.
Arrange/negotiate deviations on legal documentation and obtains relevant legal opinion/ waivers/approvals from compliance/management. Keeps stakeholders informed.
Ensure timely and efficient implementation of new/amended customer mandates and electronic-banking requirements.
Arrange and coordinate with other DB branches on electronic-banking account tagging for customers with regional/global requirements.
Coordinate with implementation/service teams for customer requirements on user training.
Work closely with implementation, legal and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation eg. CIS, CSA, UM
Work closely with Compliance and CDS on implementation of new regulatory requirements impacting account opening and product documentations.
Qualifications & Personal Profile
The person required for the above position should have the following profile:
5-6 years' experience in Cash Management
Leadership skills to manage a team and drive requirements with regional/global teams
Exposure to Implementation & Service activities will be an added benefit
Experience in systems administration an advantage
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Client centricity and ability to handle clients and build a strong rapport
Analytical capabilities and logical thinking
Strong training and presentation skills. Will require interaction with customers and branch at senior level
Team player: be part of a global team, communicating, managing and cooperating closely on a local/regional/global level
Strong Project Management skills
Education: University degree or equivalent professional experience
Language skills: fluency in English
