Nossaman LLP is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Coordinator for its Los Angeles office. The Coordinator must have a high quality of level of customer service. The Coordinator ensures content systems are up-to-date with current data and works with attorneys and staff to maintain library information and knowledge. This position reports to the KM Manager.
Update and maintain Firm content systems, including Intranet (SharePoint), library catalog (EOS), and customer relationship management (CRM) system and InterAction.
Works on firm-wide daily Knowledge Management & Library research and operations, as well as special projects and initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Library logins (Onelog).
Ensures timely coding and submission of Knowledge Management & Library invoices for payment.
Handles daily maintenance of the Firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, InterAction.
Works with attorneys and staff to maintain and update contacts and resolve technical issues with the CRM.
Develops and delivers InterAction training courses and documentation.
Provides coverage of Library inbox and answers research requests.
Provides content editor support for Intranet pages.
Prepares invoices and financial statements with proper coding for submission to Finance Department.
Manages Library passwords for new hires and departures, as well as prepare new-hire welcome packets.
Manages periodical routing process for both print and digital subscriptions.
Assists with processing, cataloging, and checking in library materials, resolving vendor issues, and disseminating materials to relevant library locations.
Performs other duties and tasks as required or assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in a private law firm or comparable setting.
Experience with customer relationship database (CRM), or comparable database management a must.
Experience with SharePoint preferred.
Ability to organize work flow and use time efficiently.
Results oriented, yet flexible and creative.
Solid organization, problem-solving, and ability to multi-task.
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Ability to work well independently.
Ability to work with personnel at all levels, strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems (DMS).
Occasional after-hours and overtime work required.
