Under the general direction of the Merage School's Executive Director of Marketing & Communications, the Web Communications Manager is an integral member of the Marketing Communications team and is responsible for communicating the Merage School's unique digital leadership brand/value proposition through the School's website to our constituent audiences including current and prospective students, alumni, employers, donors and the general community.
This individual prioritizes and develops new functionality, following best practices for both mobile and desktop, for the website to engage all stakeholders. In collaboration with the marketing department project managers, the associate creative director and the internal clients (programs and departments), the incumbent will develop content (images, some text, recommend video, graphics), develop standards and use analytics to measure success. Works with Merage School Marketing/Design and IT departments as well as outside vendors to develop, configure, maintain, and optimize website performance.
The ability to find innovative solutions, be proactive and have a positive attitude are also required. Incumbent must demonstrate a high level of initiative, independence, and good judgment. Anticipation of department/program needs required. Previous experience in a fast-paced marketing or communications office considered a plus. Previous experience in the educational environment is also a plus.

Salary: Annual $60,000.00 Min. Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Final candidate subject to background check.
