Teach 4 undergraduate courses per semester in two or more of the following fields: Operations Management, Project Management, and Applied Business Statistics. The incumbent would be expected to teach courses that would include, but are not limited to: Quality Management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management.
Instruct courses in varied locations, at varied times, and via various media commensurate with department and university needs.
Engage in scholarly research in accordance with AACSB International Standards.
Provide evidence of continuing preparation and study in the field to enhance teaching abilities.
Contribute to student growth and development including student advising and active participation in engagement activities.
Cooperate with colleagues and work effectively on a team.
Support Winona State University's mission to enhance the intellectual, social, cultural and economic vitality of the people and communities we serve. Provide service to the university and community including the program, department, college, university and greater community.
Master's Degree in Operations Management or related field from an AACSB accredited university.
CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or other related industry certification.
At least 10 years of experience working in operations, purchasing, and/or supply chain management.
Experience in teaching in the field of operations management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work together in a team environment.
